a lot for their work and the best part is that they have a great body and a fit
one. But being a personal fitness trainer has a lot of disadvantages as well.
First is that, they have to be very fit to train people and since there is a
lot of competition, the guys and ladies with a bigger body gets all the
clients. What they don’t understand is that, making this kind of body shape
will take them many years and they need to make their body fit in the first
place.
The huge body builders use steroids injections and pills,
they don’t tell them but the fact is that all do. Because it is very logical
that a person with a regular body and has normal bone structure, how can he/she
have a biceps of 24 inches or a shoulder of 38 inches, that can only happen when
they inject their muscles with steroids and the mass expands and that is how
such beast body builders. These steroids have a lot of different side effects
which can be deadly and some have even died. The side effects mostly hit them
bad when they hit old age and some have even faced bone dissolving problems and
eventually, they die.
Becoming a certified personal fitness trainer need to pass
through a lot of competitions and the competitions are always tough and have
high standards. These competitions give them fame and different gym owners
attend these competitions and the one who seems like a star to them, they hire
them as personal fitness trainers. The competitors even lose from .1 or .2
points and sometimes there are decision is compromised and the competitors who
have exercised for long years goes wasted and they become disappointed. There
is a lot of money behind winning the competitions and some athletes overwork
and this can be damaging for them as well.
Being a personal trainer has almost no life of their own.
Every day throughout the year they have to work with people who show tantrums
and don’t want to work regularly. Or the clients give a schedule that does not
match with the timing of the personal trainer but still the personal fitness
trainer goes out of the way just for the client and to keep them healthy and
