Dell Inspiron N5030 AC Adapter replacement

Question:"My asus Dell Inspiron N5020 AC Adapter has been having problems on my netbook and after looking it up, I found out that the batteries for these things give out after about a year and a half. That's fine and all and I plan to buy another soon, but just recently my Dell Inspiron N5030 AC Adapter stopped working as well. Is this because of the battery because there isn't a shortage in the cord because when it's plugged up, the blue light on the box lights up, but my laptop doesn't show that it is charging or even plugged up. It's not as if the cord is ripped or has been tangled and bent repeatedly. What is the problem and what do I do to fix it? "Dell Latitude XT2 AC Adapter

Answer:"Unfortunately, laptops can still break down internally even if the Dell Inspiron N5110 AC Adapter cord itself is perfectly fine. The "brick", as we like to call it, is damaged internally. This unfortunately is something completely out of you control. Things "just happen." The only fix to something like this is to get a new charger. The time and effort it would cost to attempt to fix the charger is insanely unfavorable. You should look into getting a new charger as soon as possible.

For a new charger, Dell Latitude 2100 AC Adapter is by far the best website I have come across in terms of having good products with amazing service.

I've purchased from them before and they are true to their word. Meaning, if the charger you purchased from them ever stops working, they would replace it for free, forever. So when the Dell Latitude CSXH AC Adapter I got from them about a year ago decided to just stop working, they sent me a new one for free.
