the capital of India. With the onset of June 2018, as many as 20,000
accommodations will be opened for registration and booking. The shelters will be

minimal with the booking charge at the record-breaking amount as per the
statement by the DDA officials.

Developmental Authority JP Aggarwal.

The real estate projects that are projected for the second
quarter of 2018 will be fully functional and ready to move within the end of
June 2018. You will be amazed to know
that the principal area of the Delhi and NCR regions are under this bright
scheme of Delhi Housing Society. The areas that have been developed under the Affordable
Housing Delhi are Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini and many more
erstwhile semi-urban or rural outskirts of South Delhi.
The final price range will be declared at the end of the
April 2018. For all the income groups who are coming under the scheme and
applied for it will be facilitated with the subsidy of interest of the price
range of Rs. 1.40 lakh to Rs. 2.67 lakh. The whole thing is prescribed under
the Credit Link Subsidy of Delhi Awas Yojna that has been now clubbed
under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. For all the individuals and families who
have still not registered under the scheme, there is good news. The enrollment
of the project has been extended for more than 15 months that too taken from
December 2018!
Things to Remember
The plan of distributing 20,000 m accommodations every year
was actually finalized in the year 2017 owing to the fast and efficient
completion of the targeted projects. It will also facilitate to fulfill the
vision of Master Plan 2022 to give the quality and international standard
living to all section of Delhi. Earlier the date was extended from 2021 to
2022. Directly, the DDA will provision 12,000 flats for all the four segments of
urban categories.
The areas that will be given in the direct supervision of
the Delhi Developmental Authority are Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka,
Pitampura, Siraspur and Paschim Vihar. In 2014 it more than 11,000 flats were
registered under the draw, but the rest have been laying vacant restricting
the other eligible buyers. That is why now a thorough background check will be
done to ascertain severe buyers and to distribute to the deserved customers.
