The typical paper process of forming a company requires you to send in a number of different documents. You must send the completed forms along with the registration fee to specific Registrar of Companies. Without doing so, you are not legally eligible to set up your new company. This is the first step in the process and should be completed as soon as possible so that the opening of your business is not delayed.
The first form you will fill out is known as the Articles of Association, or more formally articles’. This sets out rules for running the company and the internal affairs that come along with it. Before sending the articles to the approved, the form will need to be signed by every party in front of a witness, who must attest the signatures.
The next form you will fill out is the Form IN01. This form contains all of the information of the intended situation held by the Office, and the details of the Secretary and Directors. It will also contain information about the subscribers, and, in the event that the company has shares and are limited to them, the details of the share capital.
The Memorandum of Association contains all of the names along with the signatures of each subscriber that wish to begin the company. However, you may also do this all electronically, using electronic processes which can be done using software. By using a registered account, you can simply look up a companies name and submit the company online. However, remember that different agents may have different registering processes to go along with their websites and software.
