COMEDK 2014 ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

COMEDK 2014 Online Application Form is expected to be out in the mid week of March 2014. The application form can be availed by all the candidates who happen to be interested and eligible for appearing for the exam. The candidates who are looking forward to pursue engineering, medical or dental courses in the colleges of Karnataka can fill the application form with the condition of falling in the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria is an important aspect of filling the form as the authorities have to follow a certain code in order to generalize the whole procedure of admission which cannot vary from candidate to candidate therefore; every candidate has to follow it and go by the rules. The last date for availing the application form is expected to be again in the mid week of April 2014.

Talking about the eligibility criteria, following are some of the conditions included in the COMEDK 2014 eligibility criteria:

1.       The applicants must have cleared their class XIIth board exam with minimum of 45% marks (general category) and 40% marks (SC, ST category candidates).
2.       The candidates must have had Physics, Maths and Chemistry as compulsory subjects as main subjects.
3.       The optional subject can include Biology, Biotechnology or any technical vocational courses.

Following are the steps to be followed for filling the COMEDK 2014 Application Form:

·         Visit the official website of COMEDK 2014 as and when the authority has releases the forms.
·         Fill the application form by clicking on the link of application form or apply online.
·         Further the payment of application fee has to be paid which is Rs 1200 for attempting three subjects and Rs 1500 for attempting four subjects.
·         Once the form is filled, the candidates should take out the print out of it and paste the passport size photograph and should sign in the space provided in the form.
·         The left hand thumb impression is also required in order to complete the form.
·         Once all the important steps are done, the candidates are required to attach the photocopy of class Xth mark sheet or school leaving certificate acting as a proof for the birth certificate, category certificate (If any), Birth certificate or identity proof from the COMEDK website and must be duly signed by the candidate and further send it to the below mentioned address via speed post:
