Coaching and Mentoring- How it helps to turnaround lives?

Life is not about living with a set of rules & guidelines and coming out winning with flying colors.
It can be a matter of great disquiet if you do not love what you do and just for the sake of being paid. I have found that yeah money is important but ultimately it is the results of doing what we love that brings us the most joy and fulfillment. Money is just a by product. Real joy and fulfillment is often missed when we are just putting in the motions of doing more, following our lists and tracking results. It might help you in the short run but you are bound to fail miserably as it is difficult to do any work or job if your truth of your heart is not poured into it completely. Life is all about pursuing your dreams, which are truthful. Attainment is secondary. Here and only here is where really success comes.
We also need to take necessary breaks from time to time from our so-called busy and hectic schedule and enjoy for a while our family, friends and loved ones. Such breaks professionally taken are often termed as a Sabbatical and fruitful for any individual. It is almost like a breath of fresh air.
Our real purpose is to discover who we are first. Then look at what we are good at and going for it with passion, enthusiasm, energy, devotion and commitment. If you are stuck and seek perfection -let go of this. Perfection causes stress too far from the joy that pursuing our dreams realize. There are very few and blessed people who get chance to convert their passion into profession. Life turns out to be monotonous by playing it safe all the time. One needs to take calculated risk trusting from the deepest intention and then to move out into the world with a comfort to achieve something. Then and only then does it give us a great sense of satisfaction, achievement and you evolve as an individual as well.
Sometimes following other strategies or expert opinions who has proven their mettle can be hard. You have to find your own answers within. Coaching and Mentoring is the key and is largely in shaping or molding your career or profession. Life takes inner examination. Yes, it can throw us the unexpected challenges but it is how these are handled. When you are open and reflect with poise rather than to battle – this is smart. Life is all about how flexible you are with the tasks you have been given, not messing it up, and creating so-called chaos of some sort or nature.
As it is said never, trying to make everyone happy rather than trying to follow your inner heart’s feeling in performing any task or endeavor is shear failure. It is not necessary to excel in your profession every time at the cost of not able to spare yourself time to take a inner perspective. And of course, space for your loved ones and family because no one remembers you on the day of your funeral.
Being happy and contended in what you do and be equally awakened to what is important is critical to fulfillment.
If you are able to do so with joy and open your heart you are sure to come out winning with flying colors.
