Choosing the Appropriate Sander Between Drum Sander and Orbital Sander

The plate moves in random fashion and there is no need for the sander to follow the wood’s grains. Whenever you require sanding to be done on new floors or on floors with no noticeable damage on the outer layer, it is better to plug in an orbital sander that applies less pressure on the floor layer, keeping it intact.
