The first sentence is: adhering to the combination of independent innovation and open cooperation, China's 5G industry has established a competitive advantage. In the context of China, it is straight to say that it is very rare to establish an advantage in one aspect. Obviously, this is a fact.

It can be seen that the 5G dispute is not a simple technical iteration, it is the ticket for the big country game in the next era. At a press conference at the White House in April this year, US President Trump made it clear that the 5G competition has begun and the United States must win this battle.

However, although the United States has a 5G terminal solution provider such as Qualcomm, there is no 5G telecom equipment manufacturer. Currently, there are four dominant 5G telecom equipment manufacturers worldwide, namely Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia and ZTE.

The second sentence is to supplement the first sentence: the 5G standard is a unified international standard that the global industry has jointly participated in. The standard-required patents declared by China account for more than 30%.

The data shows that in May of this year, China’s declared essential standard patents accounted for 34%, ranking first in the country. At present, the three major operators in China are actively deploying 5G network construction: It is planned to complete 7 to 90,000 5G base station construction in 2019, with a total investment of 32.2 billion yuan to 34.2 billion yuan.

China Information and Communication Research Institute's "5G Industry Economic Contribution" said that it is estimated that during the period of 2020-2025, China's economic output of 5G commercial will reach 10.6 trillion yuan, indirectly pulling the total economic output of about 24.8 trillion yuan, directly creating more than 3 million jobs.

Quickly getting through the industrial chain is becoming a common goal of all parties.
