Change your Password on SBCGlobal Email Account using Following Steps

When you know your password and want to change it.
When you have forgot or your password has been changed by unauthorized person
There is a slight difference for SBCGlobal password reset for above to cases, so, following description elaborates about different approaches that have been followed.
When you know your password and want to change it:
- Log into your SBCGlobal net account.
- Enter Email ID and password.
- Click on Next.
- Select change password.
- Enter and save the password info
Using above steps, you can change your password regularly, it is also good to change the password regularly as per security reasons. So, whenever you needed to change the password, you can do it the above way.
When you have forgotten your password or your password has been changed by unauthorized person:
If you are logging into your account after a while or you have forgotten your password or someone unauthorized has hacked into your account and changed the password, then, you need to go through following steps:
Go to account recovery page for SBCGlobal password reset.
Click on Forgot password.
On the next page, check radio button beside Password.
Enter User ID and reset the password.
Also, enter last name.
Scroll down and you can see the Captcha.
Enter the Captcha in the space provided.
Click on Continue.
If you have activated two step verification, you get this as first option to recover your account.
Enter the phone number in the space provided.
A number code is sent to your phone number.
Enter the code on the AT&T page.
Follow the on -screen instruction to recover your account.
But, if your phone is out of reach and you need to make the recovery, then, you can use alternative email ID option to recover your account.
Enter the email ID in the space provided and a link is sent by SBCGlobal team to your account.
Click on the link sent and reset your password.
17. Log out and log in again using new password.
