Canada Express Entry System for 2021

Express Entry system requires that the interested aspirant create their profile in the system and submit their Expression of interest. The EOI should be supported by ample documentation to prove one’s claim. EOI is not application. It is only a means to express one’s interest to migrate to Canada. Based on the information and proofs provided in the EOI, the profile will be given a certain score. The parameters that are taken into consideration for allocation of score include age, education, experience, language ability and adaptability. Having a job offer from a local employer in Canada will provide extra points to the profile. Also, knowledge or expertise in second language along with a relative in Canada can also fetch more points to the applicant. Based on the net score, the profiles are all ranked. The top ranked profiles are further taken into consideration to be part of Canada. All selected profiles will receive an Invitation to Apply. Post receiving this, the applicant will have to submit complete application along with supporting documents for the concerned pathway. Once the application is processed and the background check done, the applicant will receive another invitation from IRCC to apply for Canada Permanent Residency. The whole process will take a period of 6 to 8 months to complete.

To qualify for the express entry programs, one needs to identify the tests that he needs to take. Of them, language ability is of top most important. The applicant will have to earn the required points in this test. The certification obtained from such language test should be submitted along with the rest of the documents. Canada has two official languages. The applicant can take up language ability test in either of the two. And possessing abilities in the other language too, can now bring more points to the applicant. However, it is required that the applicant provide proof for the knowledge of second language. The language ability score required for Express Entry system is slightly higher than the Provincial Nominee Program.

The applicant will have to ensure that their education certificates are assessed. They will need to earn educational assessment report. This too, should be attached to the set of documents that needs to be submitted along with the rest of the documents. Individuals can apply for Canada PR through express entry system either as fresh Skilled professionals or those who already have experience in Canada through Canada Experience Class program or Businessmen who intend to start a business in Canada through their Business investment immigration programs.

However, beyond all this, is the partnership with who the applicant has joined to help them relocate to Canada. Canada has more than 70 immigration pathways. Each of the pathways is different and caters to different set of people. It is required that the applicant identifies which pathway best would help him achieve his goals. Although it is possible that the applicant applies self for Canada immigration, it is highly recommended that the applicant takes help and guidance from expert immigration firms which are registered with ICCRC. They can provide the applicant the required support and also represent them with the immigrations legally in case required.
