Using activated charcoal for teeth whitening

Charcoal powder is mixed with some water in a cup for making a smooth paste like mixture. This mixture will be black in color. The charcoal mixture is applied on the teeth surface with the help of a tooth brush. Gently rubbing the mixture with the help of toothbrush from 2 to 4 minutes can remove the bacteria and toxins from the teeth surface.
