Calcium Citrate, CAS# 813-94-5, is a calcium salt of citric acid manufactured through chemical synthesis, available as Fine white powder. Calcium Citrate is widely used as acidulants.

It is widely used as safe food acidulant in many countries.

No significant side effects reported. Calcium Citrate might cause constipation and upset stomach in specific groups of individuals.
