Building your scaffolding: follow the guide

Do you want to make a custom scaffolding that meets your needs? It is possible for you to assemble it yourself by equipping you individually with the elements that compose it.

The multidirectional or fixed scaffolding or rolling scaffolding proposed by the manufacturers, are not always adapted to the specificities of your site.

Direct Mat proposes all the accessories constituting a scaffolding:

· The steel tube :

It is the main element of your scaffolding. It defines its limits by forming barriers that will secure the structure. The diameter of the steel tube is usually 49 mm.

· The adjustable clamping collar :

Its tightening can vary between 49X49, 49X60 or 49X76. It allows to arrange and maintain the steel tubes. The collar is adjustable, allowing you to vary the angle of the tubes at your leisure.

· The orthogonal clamping collar :

Its usefulness is the same as the swivel clamp except that it is not swiveling and only allows angles to 90 C °. Its diameter is also 49X49.

The anchor tube :

It is used to make reservations in concrete and fix your scaffolding to your facade. This is an essential element to ensure the stability of your structure and greater security. The anchor tube has a hook. Its diameter is 48.3 mm.

You will also find separately the anchor bolt ring that accompanies the anchor tube.

Finally, if you want to equip all the elements allowing the anchoring of your scaffolding, opt for the mooring kit including:

· 1 hook tube

· 1 necklace

· 1 ring stud

· 1 plastic pin for piton

· The mooring jack :

The mooring jack, allows to moor a scaffolding without drilling your wall.

The frame 2 bars or 3 bars frame:

To stabilize your structure, you will need a cross bar 2 bars or 3 bars cross .
