by Vini M. Food Blogger
Preparing morning breakfast seems tricky every day? You also head to the office every day after having the same popular breakfast of juice and toast? If you answer is in affirmative, why not try some mouth-watering yet simple Indian Breakfast Recipes or Tiffin Recipes that you can have before heading to your workplace or carry as your breakfast.

Paneer Pakora

The yummiest and simplest dish to try amongst Indian Breakfast Recipes is Paneer Pakora. We all love Paneer, don’t we? In fact, North Indians drool over it. Pretty much simple and quick preparation make Paneer Pakora our favourite. If you wish to add some additional flavours, you can dip the paneer cubes first in coriander chutney or some other spices of your choice and then coat them with gram flour batter. If you love spices, then you can marinate the cubes with a thick paste of ginger-garlic, lemon and spices like garam masala, chaat masala and red chilli powder. Serve the pakora with tomato ketchup or mint chutney for a great breakfast before you start your day!

Aloo Puri

Yet another popular breakfast is aloo puri. If you don’t have much time to make aloo curry and puri separately, you can simply mix aloo in the dough to make flavourful, crispy aloo ki puri. To make the puri even better, add some saunf, ajwain, Kasuri methi and spices. Boiled potato is mashed and added so, make sure you don’t roll those puris too thin or thick. You can relish them with pickle of your choice to make your meal, a bit savoury.

Methi Parantha

If your fitness regime doesn’t allow you to feast on something oily, the healthiest option for you will be a methi parantha. Methi or fenugreek is quite healthy and if you are a methi lover like me, then a methi parantha can be one of the quickest tiffin recipes to try and carry with you at the workplace. For flavoursome and tempting paranthas, just add a pinch of crushed ajwain or carom seeds and green chillis to the dough. For the fitness freaks, rather than oil, a spoonful of ghee over the cooked parantha is a healthier option.

Bread Upma

If you find experimenting with bread, a quickest and interesting option for you, then do add bread upma in your breakfast menu. Bread chunks when combined with onions, tomatoes, coriander and curry leaves and cooked with some flavourful spices like cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chilli powder etc. make a wholesome meal. If you avoid eating white bread, you can make bread upma even with multigrain or brown bread and have it guiltfree.

Kala Chana Chaat

For yet another healthy breakfast option, Kala Chana or black chickpeas are quite popular. You can consume them boiled with spices or even in the form of chaat if you love tangy flavours. For a healthy version, you can avoid butter and add ghee to make chaat. Adding boiled potatoes, onion, tomatoes, garam masala, chaat masala and lemon makes your Kala chana chaat absolutely appetizing.
