This morning I tested it with an older iPod, hubby's - which I attached with the included 3.5mm audio cable as his older iPod doesn't have Bluetooth technology. The voice portable iphone speakers to you when it connects, its awesome! The quality of the voice is superb and its crystal clear. The volume on this unit is loud enough to have him indoors tell me to turn it down, else the neighbours will be complaining LOL.
