Bihar Board 10th Result 2020: Evaluation of secondary answer books postponed till May 17, 2020

Bihar Vidyalaya Examination Committee (BSEB) Chairman Anand Kishore said today that in the event of a lockdown implemented by the government to prevent the corona virus, it has been decided by the committee to postpone evaluation of the annual secondary examination 2020 answer books till May 17, 2020.

It is noteworthy that earlier also due to corona virus and lockdown, the committee had postponed the evaluation work of the annual Bihar Board Class 10th 2020 exam answerbooks till 03 May 2020.

The decision taken by the committee on Monday has been communicated to the District Education Officer of all districts and the Center Director of all assessment centers.

Bihar Board Class 10th Result Date 2020

Earlier on April 16, BSETB President Anand Kishore had said that 75 percent of the evaluation work had been done. He had said that if the lockdown ends from May 3rd, it would take only three to four days to prepare for the assessment and release of the matriculation result. That is, if the lockdown no longer increases, the Nazis could be declared till May 10th. But now the matriculation result is expected to be released in the last week of May due to the postponement of the evaluation process till 17th May.

Last year, 80.73 percent had passed-

In 2019, a total of 80.73 per cent students were successful in Bihar Board CLass 10th. In Bihar Board 2019 exam, 16,60,609 students had filled the examination form, which had 837075 students and 823534 students.
