  1. Click the Windows + R keys together to open the Run command box.
  2. Under Run command box, type devmgmt.msc and press the enter key.
  3. Now, expand the display adapters, and you will be able to see the graphics card listed.
  4. Then, right-click on it and then choose the Properties
  5. In the properties window, you will see all the detailed information about the graphics card name, manufacturer, type, and mode and many more.

  7. Once it is completed, click on the OK tab to close all the Properties Window.
  8. Finally, reboot your computer system.
