Being a Book Series Writer Equals More Profit: Here’s How

by Martin Gray Content Writer

There are a number of perks that come with writing a book series. You write faster, you already have a story that just needs more progress, and you have a fanbase that is devoted to reading whatever you have to write about the story and its characters. And definitely one of the best benefits of being a writer who writes book series is that it brings a lot of profit.

Binge Culture

Keeping in mind the perspective of a reader, we are now living in a world where binge culture is quite popular. For example, you are excited about the next part of the series Game of Thrones or any other show and once it arrives, you just binge watch the whole thing in one go.

The same concept applies for your favorite author. You find your favorite author and suddenly you want to read all the books they have ever read. As such, the binge culture means that if a reader discovers a particular book series author and loves their work, they will not hesitate to get every single part of the series.

Making More Money Per Customer

Now if we switch towards the point of view towards more business aspects, you will be making a lot of money per customer. And that is crucially important if you wish to run a business as an author.

Readers tend to buy more than one book of a series after the first part. They buy all the series together, paying for each book at full price. Plus you can also turn your book into box sets; they can have an additional product in it as well.

However, seeing is believing and we understand that you might be a bit hesitant about whether all this information is actually true. In that case, we encourage you to check out the revered Italian author, composer, singer, designer, painter, plus more - Federico Carro.

For years now, he has been known for his exceptional literary works and the collaborative work he has been doing with a publishing house called ‘99 Edizioni.’  And now, he is working on a fantasy saga called “The King of Light” which might just be one of his best written works yet.

This fantasy saga novel series consists of a unique world, filled with mysterious and one-of-a-kind characters that will cause readers to quickly become attached to and a story that will continue to hook the audience in ways they could have never imagined.

Carro did not want to spoil the surprise of his novel series so there is little we know when it comes to the complete story of “The King of Light” but what we do know is that the series is planned to last for at least 14 books. There might be more but at the moment, Carro believes that it is the perfect amount for him to properly pace his story and go all out in his plans to share a fantastical story with the world!
