Ayurvedic Kidney Treatment in India

by Vicky Kumar Digital Marketing Expert

Summary:

Kidneys are important organs and are a part of the excretory system. They are the size of the fist and are located on either side of the body. Kidneys have a number of functions and some of them are the flirtation of excess water and toxins from the blood into the urine. This results in the removal of all the waste from the body. In this manner, kidneys maintain the level of salts and minerals in the body and also maintain the chemical composition of blood. The kidneys also help in the production of red blood cells and essential hormones. Ayurvedic kidney treatment helps to keep your kidneys in proper shape.

Article:

Each kidney is composed of million tiny nephrons, which in turn have tiny blood vessels called glomeruli that performs filtration.

It could be the case that only 20-10 percent of your kidneys might be functioning properly but there may be no symptoms of kidney damage. Kidneys are smart organs that do not show symptoms easily and can compensate for the loss caused. However, when the disease has progressed to a certain degree, it can show symptoms and the damage can be irreversible. It is then that the Ayurvedic kidney treatment should be taken. Ayurvedic kidney treatment will help in overcoming the loss caused to the tissue due to inflammation or build-up of clumps on the tissue. After repairing the tissue, they also aid in the production of red blood cells thereby restoring body balance.

The two major causes of kidney diseases are- hypertension, which is often called high blood pressure and diabetes.

Both these conditions silently affect the kidneys and can lead to the development of many diseases, even kidney failure. Hypertension causes the kidneys to increase their function and produce urine to remove excess sodium in the body. Diabetes ends up affecting kidneys and is called kidney diabetes. Kidney diabetes damages the glomeruli and affects filtration. Ayurvedic kidney treatment is essential in such cases.

Potential causes of kidney diseases are-

  •   A blood clot, in and around your kidneys
  • ·         Vasculitis- an inflammation of the blood vessels in the kidneys
  • ·         Autoimmune disorders like lupus and IgA nephropathy
  • ·         And excess of toxins due to the overload of heavy metals or exposure to radiation
  • ·         Environmental Causes
  • ·         Physical injury to the kidneys and kidney tissue
  • ·         Drugs and alcohol
  • ·         Certain underlying heart conditions
  • ·         Hypertension
  • ·         Diabetes- type one and type two

Many of us wonder what Ayurveda is, especially after the advent of allopathic medicine, which is easily available, accessible and marketed. What we are unaware of is the fact that allopath can cause several side effects along with helping patients recover. It can cause other problems that can lead to serious consequences. Ayurveda, on the other hand, is opposite, it has been there for centuries. Its mention is found in the Atharva Veda, one of the four Vedas of Hinduism. Apparently, this method was used to treat patients and cure many diseases but soon it was forgotten. Our ancestors made use of traditional herbs found in the wild but this practice is almost over now. However, there are many people who are trying to revive various practices of Ayurveda. Yoga, which is so much in trend, is a part of Ayurveda, called yogic breathing. Many pharmaceutical companies and cosmetic companies have also adopted herbal ways of treating various ailments. Karma Ayurveda is one such brand. It was established in 1937 when people started researching on Ayurvedic herbs. After five long generations, the doctors at Karma Ayurveda came up with potent cures to treat kidney diseases.

Along with Ayurvedic medicine for kidney diseases, it is important to take care of your diet and regular routine. There are some precautionary measures that need to be taken to lead a healthy lifestyle. Some of them are-

  • ·         Hydrate yourself well
  • ·         Include fiber in your diet
  • ·         Do not consume alcohol or drugs
  • ·         Limit the amount of protein
  • Ayurvedic kidney treatment is very helpful in rejuvenating the body.
