Australia SubClass 190 (Skilled Nominated)

Skilled Nominated VISA is for all those foreign skilled professionals who are looking for a change in their career and who have been nominated by one of the employers in Australia or a relative of the applicant. Once the applicant receives the nomination he/she can proceed to apply for Australian Permanent Residency VISA. The successful immigrant will become a sponsor immediately after moving to Australia. Such a person can then invite or nominate his/her friends or relatives qualified enough for Australian PR. The immigrant will be qualified to apply for Australian Citizenship in 4 years of relocating to the country. The immigrant can bring his/her family along to Australia as Permanent Residents there. To qualify for this program, the applicant will have to first submit their “Expression of Interest” into Australia’s skill select portal. The aspirant applicant will have to clear certain tests which include English language test too, which will be taken by an authorized agency appointed by the Australian Immigrations. These documents include birth certificate or lieu, education certificates, experience certificates and certificates proving one’s mental and physical health. The application will be part of the skill select portal for a period of 2 years maximum. During this period, the applicant can make changes to his profile as would be required. However, any change made, should be backed by proper proofs. During this period, the applicant will receive the invitation to apply for Australian Permanent Residency. However, if the applicant doesn’t respond to a maximum of 2 invitations from Australia, then the profile will be removed from the skill select portal. The profile in the portal can be edited as would be required by the applicant during the 2 years. All this is also true for other Australia immigration Visa like VISA 491 or subclass 189
