Ashtanga yoga teacher training: to make you expert in this specific form of yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that has been in practice for many years. In today's hectic life schedule there is always some type of tension in mind. Most of us do sitting jobs where we have to sit before computers for hours that affect your body parts. So you need a medium to get relief from this stress and strain. If you want to be physically fit then doing regular exercises is enough but if you want complete relief you need some specific exercises that can heal your body and soul. Yoga do this for you. As it means it adds calmness to each and every part of your body whether it is your mind, your soul or your body. Now there are proper courses in yoga to train generally and to train students so that they become a yoga teacher. Students are showing their interest in ashtanga yoga teacher training. Ashtanga yoga is a specific form of yoga. It is named so on the basis of 8 limbs of yoga. It’s ancient and real name is ashtanga vinyasa yoga. It basically consists of two things 

•Vinyasa, the alignments: The term vinyasa refers to the alignment that turns static asanas to dynamic, that are the various postures and movement of body . It involves muscles contraction and locking, that brings energy in the body.

•Breathing: There is a particular way f breathing that has to maintain throughout the asanas. It provides the practitioner a relaxation and calmness of mind and makes you more focused.

Ashtanga yoga comprises of four parts that are the main parts of this practice that are

•An opening sequence, basically surya  namaskar

•Series of six asanas in a certain sequence

•And at last a finishing sequence that is a set of inverted asanas.  Practice always ends with savasanas.   
 
As it is a sequential form so it is not easy for a novice to learn and practice it. They usually learn the primary section of this set of asanas in the starting. It is the most important section and once you well versed in this part you can easily move to the next, first of the six main series. If you want to be a professional you must learn this completely but if not doing this primary section worth and you will surely be benefitted.  

The goal of this style is not to learn the more difficult asanas but rather to learn to maintain internal focus throughout the practice.  Regular practice is highly emphasized in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. A proper training by expert will help you learn it in less time but it is also depends on your own speed. If you are interested in teaching yoga you should enrolled yourselves in a registered institute. Of course India is the origin place of    yoga but you can learn it anywhere in the world as this is an emerging practice and more and more people has started taking it as profession.
