1.      Uniform Special:

You tend to throw off the uniform as what would one do of it after the school? Well, why not make a cushion cover out of it? All you have to do is cut the shirt a little taller than the cushion. Insert the cushion inside the shirt and pull the sleeves inside so as not to show it. Stitch the bottom seam of the shirt in order to form a cover, and is ready a cushion cover with a strict uniform. You can display it in your kid’s room or over a swing chair to give a cool look.

2.      Mein Mommy’s old Bags:

Many of you have your mom’s old bags that are not good to take out or not bad to throw out. You can use such bags to make a fabulous sofa cushion cover out of it. All you have to do is look forward to some stitched cloth hand bag that is tall and wide. Insert a cushion inside it and neatly cut off the laces so as not to show the reality of the cover. And this is how is ready a fantastic cushion cover out of a an old bag.

3.      Bloom Some Bows over the Cushion:

You just need two things to craft out this form of cushion, a plain cushion cover and an old thin stole or thick ribbon. Cut a seam stitch equal to the breadth of the ribbon from the middle of the cushion cover and cut the ribbon or stole into half. Insert the two pieces from one side in the two holes so formed. And lastly tie a bow in the middle of the cushion, and thus is formed a cute girly cushion cover with a bow.

4.      Flaw some Funkiness with Old Stuff:

There occur many bodily changes with time due to which you have to bid adieu to your old clothes such as jeans pants and switch to new ones. You can use these jeans to turn up to funky cushion covers. Just cut the waist band of each of the jeans and stitch it to the front of the cushion covers, one below the other. And is ready a funky cushion cover for a teenage room with their own rejections.

5.      Gift Wrap your Cushion Covers:

By gift wrapping it is nowhere meant to add a gift wrapper to your cushion as it may tear off easily. But a ribbon like a gift is definitely a good idea, all you need for the purpose is a nice bright colored satin ribbon and a button. Cut two pieces of ribbons and stitch in Criss cross pattern over the cushion cover. Tuck a button to the center of the cross so formed to give an appeal of a tied ribbon. And this is how is ready a cushion cover to prettify your sofa.

6.      Turn a Pillow Cover to a Cushion Cover:

A pillow cover is obviously too tall for a cushion. So what! stitch it to a short one. Just insert a cushion in the middle of the pillow cover, fold the two sides inwards and crumble them inside in the shape of a bow. Tuck a button in the center so as to form a bow over the cushion. And this is how is ready a cushion cover from a pillow cover.
