I was taken to a landing page: And I "grabbed" the globe and got a holiday wish that anyone would want: Warm and fuzzy - part two Another well-wishing email is this from Grainger. Again no sales pitch, just warm wishes.
I like that. And I also love the brief video they included in the email, or at least a link to it. What, for me? Look what Southwest Airlines is doing, they're putting me, the customer front and center. What a novel concept.
