Under Delhi CHS Yojna, the real estate development companies can purchase the properties or land from the farmers and landowners at their price. Then provide a blueprint to the owner on how much land the company will carry out the construction. The landowner will get the rest of the unused land. As per the rules, if the ground is not for construction, the real estate company will have to pay for the developing work as well as an apartment on that property.
