The measures to prevent the covid – 19 are almost the same for everybody. For pregnant women, extra care is required so that the least chances of exposure to the virus.

  • Stay at home and limit the visitors to the home.
  • Follow the social distancing rule of at least 1 meter even with the persons at home.
  • Wash hands regularly or sanitize frequently and disinfect the surrounding. Try not to touch your mouth, eyes, or nose frequently as these are the routes of the virus to reach inside the body.

  • Visit the doctor only when it is required in the case of ultrasounds. Otherwise, try to connect with your doctor through phone calls or video calls for consultation.
