Access Grace (AG) provides psychotherapy in Georgia by serving the Community of North Georgia through providing quality & professional counseling, coaching and biblical psychotherapy to individuals, families, couples, teams and groups.  With that in view AG works to develop creative and practical alternatives to everyday life & work challenges. Services provided by AG:

Counseling Services: Access Group provides Psychology Counseling in Georgia. Sometimes counseling is referred to as intensive & remedial discipleship. Sometimes it involves having the chance to be heard.  At other times it involves getting assessment and advice.  It may, often, be acquiring training in losing old skills and replacing the old way(s) with new more effective or current strategies.  Maybe it is just an upgrade or refresher class.



Accelerated Trauma Resolution: Accelerated resolution therapy, or ART, is a type of therapy that combines principles from several traditional forms of psychotherapy to reduce the effect of trauma and other psychological stressors. Using techniques such as rapid eye movement and imagery rescripting, this approach works to recondition stressful memories, changing how they are stored in the brain to improve overall mental health.

The Gottman marriages and couples therapy: The Gottman Marriage and Couples Therapy  disarms conflicting verbal communication, increase intimacy, respect and affection, remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy in conflicting situations and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship. It is a kind of family therapy in Georgia.

Dialectical behavior therapy for teens: Access Grace takes a 10-week class for young men & women (13-17) who wish to learn how to master their emotions, behaviors & improve relationship skills. You will learn mindfulness & dialectical behavior therapy skills that help you manage mood swings, control angry outbursts, and get along with others. Skills are taught in the following four areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
