A Visit to the Bollywood City!

Maharashtra is a huge state. It is pretty much developed by many means. The state’s capital is a show-stopper in a real way. It is just not a regular metropolitan city in India. It is Mumbai. The “City of Dreams” is its another name. People from all over the country go to the city to get their dreams fulfilled. It is the financial capital of the country. The other most famous attribute of Mumbai is the famous Indian film industry and being the home to many celebrities. It is center of Bollywood movies. This adds an overall different charm to the whole city. There are many people who come to visit the city just to have a glance of the celebrities, whom they might just bump into.

Apart from being the Bollywood city and the financial capital of India, Mumbai has a lot to offer to the one who wants to explore the city. The best attraction ever is the sea. The city is right next to the sea, gets it a lot of landscape views to gorge onto. There are a number of beaches that are quite popular as tourist spots. Juhu beach is one of the beauties. As the sun gets ready to retire for the day, the beach turns into a carnival. There are a lot of small shops, some rides for the children and a lot of vibrancy that adds colours to the evening. One of the biggest attractions in Mumbai is the Gateway of India. It is a beautiful 26 ft arch structure built during the British rule in India. Its location is the best thing about it. The beautiful British arch structure overlooks the Arabian sea with an abundance of fantastic space around it. People simply come to delve into this beautiful spot and simply become one with either the gorgeous sunrises or the sunsets.

For accommodation, there are some great hotels in Andheri. Andheri is one of the important areas of Mumbai and going to other tourist spots becomes easier from here. Another gorgeous place to spend some quality time in Mumbai is the Marine Drive. The long stretch of boulevard along the sea encompasses the city like a band. At night, when seen from a high altitude, with all the lights lit up, it looks like a precious necklace. Hence, nicknamed the Queen’s Necklace.

Mumbai is very well connected to all the cities of India through airways. The plus point of coming by a flight is that there are a number of fantastic hotels near the Mumbai airport. The overall trip to the city of Bollywood becomes fantastic.
