A Rewards Program Is Necessary

Nowadays, the function of human resource has been changed. It is not only a department of hiring and firing employees, but also drawing up and operation a strategic plan for the enterprise, such as the Rewards Program for employees. It can much improve the return on business’s investment in employees.

For the aims of maximizing employees' performance, it is quite important to human resource to rewards them in certain positions and roles. Through the reward program, everyone related to the it can be affected and inspired. An excellent plan of rewards program is a unique strategic thinking. The program must be equitable while it can take each position basing on the difference of employees' department and working goals. Some positions, such as sales, are required to more goal driven in the course of their work. Therefore, their salary and rewards should be related to their commission so that it can maximize the incentive of the efficiency of their sale. However, some enterprises too emphasize the the right of top management even tie top their salary to stock price. It's not fair to other employees'. An outstanding rewards progrewards proram should have appropriate structure in rewards program and consider the benefits in most of aspects.

There are many ways of rewards. You can hold a victory party which there are many cakes and pines to congratulate the accomplishment of a department. Let them display their contribution to other employees.

You can give them some certificate and praise them in public. Help the new employees clean their desks and prepare the office supplies, such as paper, pen, stitching machine and tape. If an employee accomplish a task successfully, he or she hae right to choose the next task.Take the flexible time table as possible as you can. Pay more attention to their achievements instead of their working time. Permit to work at home and let them draw up their time table. Permit the employees to decide whether attend the training by themselves. Encourage they get the higher education degree. Talk to them and tell them you what is the knowledge or skills they should master before they attend some courses. When the courses finished, talk to them again and listen what they have learned in the courses.You are better to guide them how to apply these knowledge and skills in their practical work. Hold a seminar among the employees and give much time to them share what they have studied in the course. If you want to have more useful and professional knowledge of rewards program, take some courses or advise some experts of human resources are the good choices.
