A Look At Different Inground Pool Types

There are different types of pools available to make a choice. Where would you plan to install the pool? Fiberglass Pools

These pools, as already mentioned are available in different shape and size. They are basically molded pools being installed in the yard in a single piece structure. These pools can be heated easily to enjoy extended hours of swimming. These pools can be installed with fiber-based optic lights that help in night swimming.  Fiberglass is a lightweight and strong material, constructed from weaving the small glass threads into the fabric. The use of special kind of polyester resin helps in hardening the fabric. On the other hand, a perfectly smooth finish is created by adding the weather-resistant gel. Since the fiberglass pools can be installed quicker than other options, they are largely preferred. The major time frame calculation is done on the total hours it will take to excavate the pool site and carry out the electrical works. The extra level of smoothness of fiberglass pools makes them highly resistant to algae and mold formation. It also helps in maintaining higher stable pH levels.  Also, keep in mind, fiberglass pools will never opt for liner replacement and resurfacing situations.

 

Vinyl liner pool

Well, this type of pool feature custom made a sheet of vinyl between the pool structure and water. The vinyl liners will typically lock the top edge, commonly referred to as bead, into track located on the bottom of the coping, located at a deck level. Now, keep in mind, beneath the liner, you will observe cement or sand like the floor, perfectly in shape of the linear cut being used.  The walls will be around 3ft by 8ft and prepared from thermoplastic or galvanized steel. The walls have strong back support to prevent them from bowing out against the water weight. Vinyl pools are also very flexible and can be made into different shapes and sizes. At the same time, it is the cheapest option available as far as swimming pool prices are concerned.

These pools are perfectly apt for any kind of background terrain. There will be no problem with the hills and slopes when it comes to installing the pool. The pool comes with 2” thick insulated panels for the walls. The construction is done from stainless steel and aluminum. These pools are perfectly apt for waterfront properties where you will face high water table.
