A brief introduction to Indian spices

• Cinnamon: - It is used to add a delicate sweetness to savory recipes as well as desserts. It is also an ingredient of garam masala.

• Cardamom: - Curries, rice dishes, tea, etc. all get a flavor boost from cardamom.

• Red chilli: - Red chilli is used in many different cuisines including Indian cuisine, American cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Korean cuisine, Mexican cuisine, Portuguese Cuisine, and Thai cuisine. It is used in the cooking to add pungency, color, and taste to the dishes.
