6 Reasons for the low sperm Count in men

Low sperm count may experienced by young aged men due to various reasons. The production of sperm is a very complex process, which is incomplete without the participation of testicles, hypothalamus and pituitary gland. Delicate tubes in the reproductive region carry the sperm for the ejaculation and these sperms are produced by testicles. Any type injury in those parts of the body the body will affect the sperm productions which lead to the low sperm count in men.

Varicoceles

A vein swelling is well known as a varicocele which drain the testicles and then men experience the infertility. This is a very uncommon problem of the men which affect the production of the sperm and also prevent the normal process of cooling in the testicles.

Retrograde Ejaculation problem

There is no doubt that low sperm count is also promoting the retrograde ejaculation problem in the men. This problem is occurred when semen is not emerged during the ejaculation time and enters in to the bladders. There are numerous of the health problem which promotes the retrograde ejaculation problem in the men like diabetic condition, nerve injury and surgery of the bladder.

Heat exposure

Sperm are mostly dying due to the heat exposure if testicle fails to cool them. Hot bath can also have the bad impact on the sperm count so it is necessary to use the cold water for bathing.

Hormonal imbalance

Sperm production can be affected by the hormonal imbalance and hormones production is controlled by the hypothalamus, testicles and pituitary glands. Imbalance of the hormones or any injury to these body parts is lead to the low sperm count in men.

Drug abuse

Excessive use of the medications are also affects the growth of the sperm count especially antidepressant drugs. Smoking habit is also decrease the production of the healthy sperm count in men, so it is good idea to give up smoking habit and drug consumption.

Stress or Depression

Prolonged depression problem may lead to the men infertility due to the hormonal changes which are important part to produce the healthy sperm.  Excessive weight is also preventing the production healthy sperm in men and they are commonly experience the infertility.

Tips to improve the Sperm count

 

There are many ways to boost the sperm production that also boost the sexual desire as well.  Here are the tips that are best to improve the production rate of testosterone hormone and increase your sperm count.

Quit smoking

Smoking is not only leads to bad breathing but also drop-down the quality of the sperm. This is proved that non-smokers have good sperm count in the comparison of regular smokers. 

Eat always right

To reduce the risk of low sperm count, you need to change the diet plan.  Include less fat and high in protein foods in your diet like vegetables, whole grain, fruits etc.  

Reduce masturbation

Excessive masturbation or regular sex may affect the sperm quality or leads to the low sperm count.

Avoid alcohol consumption

Excessive consumption of alcohol has bad impact on the liver that can raise the estrogen level in the body. Higher level of the estrogen in the male body reduces the level of testosterone hormone that may affect the sperm production.  

Fewer sperm may enhance the risk of erectile dysfunction in young age, so following these tips will be helpful to reduce the risk of this problem.
