It is essential for us to drink and eat those things which detox and clean our kidneys, so they can stay healthy to work well. There are two main reasons which may cause you with chronic kidney disease – first is diabetes, and the second is high blood pressure. 1. Sprouted fenugreek – It’s a spice found in every Indian kitchen. It is bitter in taste, but it is very beneficial for our health. Fenugreek seeds not only enhance the taste of our food but also save us from many diseases. Fenugreek seeds are powerful Ayurvedic medicine that we can use to protect our kidneys from chronic kidney disease. 

Fenugreek is an Ayurvedic medicine, which is healthy for our body in every form. Whether it is in the form of seed, grain, or germinated, but the most beneficial is the sprouted fenugreek. Delicious sour taste in the food, this fiber fruit is a seasonal fruit, which comes in the summer season. Its cultivation is reduced in India. It is imported from Afghanistan in India because the climate is almost the same as the climate of India. The more fertile fruit is sour, the more effective it is, by eating it; we can keep many diseases away from ourselves, especially the diseases related to the kidneys. 

Plum is the mine of properties. There are many types of nutrients found in it, which is very useful for our body. Raw plums have than 87% water, 11% carbohydrate, 1% protein and 1% fat (table). In the amount of 100 grams, raw plums supply 46 calories and only a medium source of vitamin C (12% daily value), which contains no other nutrients in the important material (table).

With it, many other types of properties are found in dried plums. Calories 67, Carbs 18 grams, Fiber 2 grams, Sugars 11 grams, Vitamin A 4%, Vitamin K 21%, Vitamin B2 3%, Vitamin B3 3%, Vitamin B6 3%, Potassium 6%, after drying of Plummer Copper 4%, manganese 4%, magnesium 3%, phosphorus 2% are found.

Plum protects against many diseases. Its consumption reduces the risk of high blood pressure, stroke, or kidney disease. The availability of various types of vitamins and mineral in plummet satisfies our body's essential vitamins and minerals.

Plum helps to sustain healthy body weight and reduce diabetes symptoms. Not only are the benefits of plumage, but it also helps in reducing body cholesterol and increasing the quality of blood circulation. 3. Cauliflower - No one likes to eat vegetables, but cauliflower is the only one, which is everyone’s favorite. We can use cauliflower in many ways. It can be eaten raw like salad, cook it as a vegetable, in the form of tandoor or grill, in the form of juice, chutney, pasta, and lentils. 

The common-looking cauliflower keeps many properties hidden within it, which makes it special. Cauliflower gives you many types of nutrients, which is very beneficial for your health. Apart from carbohydrate and ferrous elements in the cauliflower, there is also a small amount of copper along with vitamin A, B, C, iodine, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and protein. Eating cauliflower does not lead to many other diseases like cancer, diabetes, heart disease, infection, overweight, swelling in the body, and kidney-related problems. 

4. Passion fruit – It has always been an interesting fruit. Worldwide, there is a special demand for passion fruit. In India, it is called Krishna fruit. More than 500 species of this fruit found worldwide. Given the healthful and medicinal properties of Krishna fruit, it comes in a very popular fruit category. This fruit is cultivated in warmer areas. Its bell is unable to grow in cold terrain. It is used for many tasks. It is specially taken as a sumptuous breakfast. Apart from this, it is used as a salad, to make cakes, to make sweets, to decorate food and to manufacture some medicines. Passion fruit is green when raw and after ripening it is purple or light yellow. It is very lush and full of seeds in the food. Its juice is in its anus and seeds.

Many nutrients fall under the Krishna fruit, due to which it is very popular. It is full of antioxidant mineral substances, and vitamins. Krishna or passion fruits will provide you with vitamins, fiber, iron, magnesium, potassium, copper, protein, riboflavin, niacin, and phosphorus. All these medicinal properties of passion fruit save you from many diseases.

5. Litchi - As summer arrives, there are many types of fruits coming out in the market. Litchi is not only sweet to eat it also has many miraculous medicinal properties. Litchi is a very sweet and lush fruit. 

Litchi is known as a fruit, whose scientific name is Litchi chinensis. It is a tropical fruit, which is native to China. It is commonly found in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, South Taiwan, North Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and South Africa. In India, it is cultivated in Bengal, Assam, Bengal, and Andhra Pradesh.

It has a considerable amount of water. It is also a good source of vitamin C, potassium and natural sugar. Its consumption balances the proportion of water in the body, which detoxes the body and stomach. Keeping digestion correct, it also plays a major role in the development of the brain. Plenty of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and dietary fiber, lactic vitamins are a very beneficial effect for your health, which is available in the amount of 66 calories per 100 grams in litchi. 

Additionally, it does not have saturated fat at all. Litchi keeps us away from many diseases. If you are a kidney patient then you must definitely eat litchi. But before this, you should definitely take advice from your doctor about this. In Ayurveda, litchi considered as a fruit which has the abilities to detox and cleans your body.
