5 Splendid Parks in Havana

The magnificent Capitolio Nacional casts a shadow across Parque Central. It is anchored by a 1905 statue of José Marti, the Cuban national hero. This is Havana's principal transportation hub. Book your flights with United airlines Reservations to see this great location to unwind in the midst of the city's chaos.

Prague Central

The charm of Cuban life is most vividly played out in Havana's green spaces. You will see Habaneros popping by at all hours of the day to chat. You can try activities like smash and baseball. But it isn't all about the throng and the chitchat. There are some beautiful and quiet locations. Here you can unwind among fountains, orchids, and gnarled tropical trees. This park will give you a refreshing feel when you reach here with united airlines Flight.

Parque Lenin

Cuba was warming up to the Soviet Union with zeal. It has been a long-time friend of Fidel Castro's. In this economically stagnant era, one of the few infrastructure projects was accomplished.

Parque Lenin is amazing in physical beauty. The evidence is its lovely old trees and a peaceful artificial lake. Still, if you're used to hanging out in Miami's parks across the sea, the mishmash of recreational facilities can appear subpar. A modest aquarium has a few lonely fish that can be found in Lenin Park. Book a United airlines ticket for your kids to play at this theme park.

Parque de la Fraternidad (Fraternity Park)

The square of land is located on the south of the Capitolio. It was initially intended to be a military parade ground. Instead, Parque de la Fraternidad was renovated into a public space to mark the fourth centenary of Christopher Columbus' arrival in the Americas. French architect Jean-Claude Forestier created today's parks for the Sixth Panamerican Conference in 1928. US President Calvin Coolidge visited the last US president to visit Cuba.

Gran Parque Metropolitano

It is Half-hidden along the forested banks of the Almendares River. It separates the neighborhoods of Vedado and Playa. It is Havana's undomesticated but sensuous Gran Parque Metropolitano. Jean-Claude Forestier designed the park in the 1920s as part of a larger network of interconnected green spaces. There's a cluster of small amusements near the river's mouth. It includes a mini-golf course, an amphitheater, and several decidedly non-scary model dinosaurs.

Parque de los Mártires

Parque de Los Enamorados are all names for the Prado. This last moniker is not without validity. On the other hand, the park's past is far from idyllic. The location was home to a renowned prison during colonial times. It housed notable revolutionaries such as José Marti. These people were compelled to work in the nearby San Lázaro quarry. Plan your next trip with united Manage trips and visit these lovely natural paradises.
