5 Easy Ways To Walk 1000 Steps Each Day

Everything around us is advancing these days, all thanks to the tech-driven world. But the uprising statistics of obesity surgery in all around the world is becoming a serious concern as well. Today, we are offering some simple yet effective tips to walk 1000 steps a day.

1. Walk While Brushing Your Teeth

Instead of staring at your reflection at the mirror while brushing, try to walk around the garden, roof or balcony. Even if your house does not have the said facility, try to walk within the home itself. Not only you will be energized, but also it will work as a free exercise to activate your legs for the day ahead. Repeat the same during brushing in the night as well.

2. Have The Tea While Sitting On The Floor

Certainly, we all have floors, so sitting on it should not be an issue. While you are sitting down and getting up, you are losing calories. Moreover, you might want to have an extra spoon of sugar or cookie. So, it will help you take extra steps to the kitchen cabinet and help attain the ultimate goals. Sitting for lunch and dinner is a good idea as well, but first, start with the tea and snacks only.

3. Get Off One Stop Form The Workplace

Most likely you take a bus or cab to your workplace. Get off your ride one stop ahead and walk the remaining path. At first, it may seem to take the age that you otherwise cover in a couple of minutes. But look around the shops and other buildings around the road. Once you are habituated with it, get off yet another step ahead. Do this for as many you can do, but keep track fo the time as well. You don't want to be late for your work right!

4. Buy Groceries On Your Way Back Home

After spending 8-9 hours in the office, its only natural, you wan to go home, lie down on the couch and rely on online stores for getting your groceries. But instead of that, go to the locals tore yourself, while returning to home. That way, you walk several steps and also get to pick the fresh and best groceries for yourself and your family. 5. Find New Ways To Go Home

This is an interesting one. Instead of taking the same route to home again and again. Can be boring and makes you wanna stop. So, explore new routes that take you to your home. See which ones are better and less time consuming than the others. Once you get comfortable with the idea, then do the same for your office, friends house, etc as well. But don't keep exploring dark alleys and strange neighborhoods. Safety comes first.
