Charlie Sheen Marketing King

by Paul Hines Ilivingapp Mobile App Rep

I guess the old adage is true that there's no such thing as bad publicity, what Charlie Sheen has done to the Marketing world is nothing short of amazing in my book. You have to ask yourself, is Charlie a raving maniac or a Marketing genius. One things for sure, I'm taking a page out of his book and learning some valuable lessons which are:

1. Charlie didn't waste one minute when the firestorm hit about him, he jumped on Twitter like a Kangaroo as soon as he knew things were heating up.

2. The media will become your best friend when you start to blow up so take advantage of that fact and never discount the power of word of mouth. 1 million Twitter hits his first day?

3. Be bold: Make the extra effort to stand out.

4. If you can become the trending topic on Twitter you've just hit Marketing gold, look at the phrase, Tiger Blood.

5. Don't be afraid to present yourself in a raw manner, people appreciate honesty.

I can't wait to see what Charlie has planned next, he has a contest for a Marketing intern and a its down to 250 people, imagine the winner, they'll be set for life because Charlie has been offered endorsements for T-Shirts with his quotes, Energy drinks for his Tiger Blood and shows. I have to go now and get a glass of Tiger Blood.
