Coolest new TE Feature, and only I've got it :D
by John Bell Insidmal Design LLCSo I had this amazing idea the other day and POW put idea into action, and I am super excited about it. It went live today and it is something no one else has and will really make a huge impact on your list building.
A lot of people use traffic exchanges every day to promote themselves and their products, but it seems conversion rates on opt-ins just keeps falling. I added a super cool new feature that should help change that.
When you are surfing now in Traffic Swirl on the surfbar in addition to your name and buttons to connect with you, there is now an Instant Opt-In button. This makes it so your users can instantly subscribe to your list, they don't need to fill out a form or give away any personal information, they just click the button and viola, they are subscribed.
A lot of other places have a SIMILAR feature, however on all other places the user STILL has to take to the time to enter all their info, here, they can quickly easily and instantly subscribe to your email list and get your report without having to fill out any forms or wait for a slow server to respond when submitting it, again, you just click the button and are subscribed.
This will help people build their lists like no other TE has before, since it is so easy for a user to hop on. All upgraded members can put in their auto responder information in the members area and there it is. They don't have to waste credits on making ads for it to show up, nor do they have to waste their viewers time making them fill out some form.
I hope you guys are with me in taking advantage of this new feature, no other traffic exchange has made it this easy for you to get more subscribers.
Here's a hint - Make capture pages for Traffic Swirl that remind the user that all they have to do is click the email icon by your name to get in your report rather than having to fill out the form.

I love the new feature, but I haven't seen many people using it yet. Also, I think some members are entering bad information because half the ones I click on take me to an eror page. Feb 26th 2011 09:42 |
