Parker Herring A Question Of Ethics

When Kristen Murphy first went to Ms Herring to retain her services, Ms Herring asked her straight out ?Is there any possibility that this child may not be his biological child?? And Ms Murphy told her, ?Absolutely not, this is with 100% certainty, his child.?

I know this because when Kristen Murphy and I began speaking again, she told me Ms Herring asked her that, and she told me that she assured Ms Herring that there was absolutely no question, this was my biological child.

In an email to me Ms herring stated to me... ?She doesn't know for sure that the child is yours?

This statement made to me by Ms Herring ultimately led to me withdrawing my case against Ms Murphy in an attempt to get a DNA test ordered so that I could obtain rights to see my child and get custody. Now, after the fact, I find out by Ms Murphy that this is my child, and now I have no rights to my child because of the withdrawal of my case which I acted upon due to the lie that Ms Herring conveyed to me.

I addition to the above behavior on the part of Ms Herring, she also engaged in an action with her client that I believe was an obstruction of justice. Here are the details of that action....

We had a scheduled day in court to first hear my case against Kristen Murphy. I was contacted by Ms Herring informing me that Ms Murphy had a conflict on our scheduled court date. She told me that Ms Murphy needed to appear in court on that same day for a non related case in which she was a witness in the case. Actually, I did some research and discovered that Ms Murphy was not a witness but instead the defendant in a case in which she was being charged with intentionally breaking the laptop of a friend of her son.

I responded to Ms Herring that I had not seen my daughter in months and I was not willing to prolong that any longer than I needed to, so no, I was not going to agree to reschedule the case to another date.

She wrote back to me saying that she would submit a request to the judge to reschedule due to a conflict and the judge would most likely reschedule it. I told her to go for it. She did, and the judge denied her request.

So, when I appeared in the courtroom that morning neither Kristen Murphy or Parker Herring were present. There was a woman there, I'm presuming an assistant of Parker Herring's to represent Ms Murphy. She told the judge that Ms Murphy had a confilict and was in another court room down on the 4^th floor and asked if she would continue to another date. The judge said that she would continue it to later that morning and scheduled it to 11:00 am.

At 11:00am I went back to the court room. Again, neither Ms. Murphy or Ms. Herring was there, and only her assistant. The assistant told the judge that Ms. Murphy's case on the 4^th floor had not gotten out yet and she asked her to continue it once again. The judge said that due to the fact that Ms. Murphy's case was not out, and she was not able to appear because her case was still going on, that she would continue to another date and she proceeded to do so.

Immediately after she dismissed us, I ran down the stair well to the 4^th floor to go sit in on on Ms Murphy's case. When I walked out the door from the stairwell into the lobby, there was Ms. Murphy, just standing around, waiting. She waited and waited and waited and then finally she took a phone call and left the courthouse.

When Kristen and I ended up getting back together I asked her about this. I said, ?Why didn't you come upstairs to the court room for our case like you were supposed to after your case got out? Ms. Murphy told me that she didn't know she was supposed to go upstairs, she said Parker Herring just told her to wait on the 4^th floor after she got out from her other case, and to just wait there until she heard from her.

If this does not constitute and obstruction of justice I do not know what does.

Another thing Ms Herring did was this....She kept sending me copies of confidential emails that she was sending to her partners.  These emails contained information about other clients of hers.  I emailed her and told her that she had sent me these emails.  She said it was a mistake yet she continued to send me copies of emails which contained confidential information about other clients.  I know this was no mistake.  I know she was trying to get me to do something with this confidential information so she could use that against me.  Well, she failed.  I have the emails that she sent to me to prove it!
