Be Careful Of Website Flipping Investment Sites!

by Dawie Bezuidenhout Systems Engineer I.T.

WEBSITE FLIPPING HYIP is realy becomming a serious problem, and so many innocent people fall for these SCAMS. Once again the promise of making BIG BUCKS for doing absolutely nothing is getting the better of innocent investors.

This is nothing new, and has been going on for at least ten years. Don't waiste your money on these programs, they are all PONZI schemes masked as WEBSITE FLIPPING. They usualy promise huge returns on small investments, and will pay the first members that join just to get them promoting and get the snowball on the roll.

A close personal friend of mine does WEBSITE FLIPPING for a living, the LEGIT way. He buys small websites for a reasonable price, starts modifying the site by adding relevant content and does SEO on the site. Once the site starts generating a good income he sells (FLIP) it for a good profit.

Real WEBSITE FLIPPERS don't share their revenues with RANDOM INVESTORS, they simply don't need to! They start out on small projects and build their capital up to tackle larger projects. It doesn't make one bit of sense for WEBSITE FLIPPERS to take on DEBT from a bunch of payment processors like Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money, work their butts off, and then dish out the majority of their hard earned cash to people that did absolutely nothing but send them a couple of dollars!

So the next time someone invites you to one of this CRAPPY programs, delete the message. Stop being a victim to these SCAMMERS, WAKE UP. Money does not grow on trees and you will have to work for it online just as you have to offline.

You know the drill we warn and the shills and marks keep promoting them with dollar signs in their eyes. Then when the sh*t hits the fan they stand there and wonder why they got scammed. It's a shame because the warnings are there but the greed seems to win out every time.

The fact that these scammer HYIP scripts are being sold so for so little money and that they are widely available should be of concern to everyone who is trying to earn money in a legitimate fashion.

To see what a lot of these actually look like, do a search for "HYIP " forums-- these places are the breeding grounds for these monsters.

Thanks for all the comments my fellow APSensors, we need to get all these SCAM types to peoples attention. The reason i posted this was because i received an invitation to such a site, i went to check it out, and almost fell out of my chair laughing. Crappy design and spelling mistakes was at the order of the day, and they call themselves professional web designers. BAH, i don't fall for CRAP like this i have been around for too long, but many newbies do, like Cheryl said we do our part to get the warnings out there, the rest is up to the people reading this to listen to those WARNINGS.

Common sense should be all that is necessary to avoid being stung like that. Unfortunately greed blinds some folks, so they need buys like you to watch out for them.

I like the idea of legit site flipping. Thanks Dawie ! In the near future, I might look at it. I wonder if some people sell their blogs. I'm talking about blogs on private hosting, of course, not on wordpress.com or such like.

@Dawie, great post, I hope a lot of members read and heed, but I have to agree with Cheryl, seems greed wins out in the end.

When people realise that life is so much more than making a quick buck or profit, the SCAMMERS will be out of business.
