While I agree with most of the points you have made here, I find it difficult to accept that 'nobody seems to have heard of' removing inches from various parts of the anatomy by using 'Herbal Wraps' when the system has been around for several years. I also cringe when I see so many insist that the only way to reduce is by controlling food intake and exercise.
True, those factors are very important but they are not the ONLY way to effectively get results, as so many suggest. What is often missed is that the person wanting to reduce has so often had their confidence and self-esteem shattered, frustration has set in and they don't trust anything, or just can't be bothered trying anymore. (Worse, their condition is such that exercising is too painful to contemplate!)
