laws help employees get equality and justice at the workplace without
any prejudice.

utilized when each worker is aware of his or her rights as an employee.
Though there is wide range of laws governing the employees; it always
helps to familiarize with some of the basic labor laws to ensure a
proper treatment at the workplace.
