General Questions

Do I need to become a distributor to get the products?

No, you do not need to become a distributor to get you hands on the products we offer. They are made available to the general public as single purchases. These are the same products included in the distributor kit.

Is Juugo approved by Authorities?

No authorities in any country ever approve a direct selling company, however we have already taken steps to verify our legality, and applied for a pre-statement. The response confirmed what we already knew, and is made available for anybody to download and read.

I want to become a Juugo Distributor, how do I do that?

To maintain the integrity of our distributors, it is not possible to register on our site without a sponsor. So if you want to start your own Juugo business, you should find someone who is already involved.

Is it possible to visit your offices?

Yes of course you can visit our offices. But remember that our address in Belize is just a registered address, and not where we operate from. We are about to open offices in USA, Europe and Asia.

Is Juugo fully licensed?

Yes of course we are fully registered & licensed.

Does Juugo offer due diligence information?

Yes we have all that information available for the general public.

How long does Juugo intend to operate?

Indefinitely.

Who are you?

Juugo Inc is a Direct Selling company incorporated in Belize, operating globally through the internet.

Can I use the same e-mail twice?

Yes, you can use the same e-mail address for multiple accounts.

Why do you need my mobile number?

Your mobile number is connected to your e-Wallet, and will be your login/username for the e-wallet. You will also get SMS Text Messages from us and Towah when you receive money on your e-wallet or earn a commission payout from us.

How can I pay for my products?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and funds from your Towah e-Wallet. Your e-Wallet can be loaded by bank transfer.

How can I sign up?

Simply fill out the registration form on our website to become a distributor. The distributor kit costs ?299.- and is a one time purchase.

Juugo Travel

Do I earn a commission when someone purchase a travel or anything else from the Juugo Travel website?

No, commissions generated from the portal are one of the things that is funding the Diamond Pool.

What is Juugo Travel?

Juugo travel is our own Travel Portal, where distributors and customers can order their flights, hotels and car rentals if they are going on a trip.

How can I join Juugo Space?

You will find the signup link in your Virtual office, or you can be invited by someone who is already a member there. It's a closed community.

Juugo space is our own social network, where Juugo distributors from all over the world meet up and socialize.

Technical Issues

Why do you ask for my mobile number?

Your mobile phone number is used when we set up your e-Wallet. Simply said it's required, and you cannot register without sharing this with us.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Simply click the forgotten password link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your username, and a new password will be generated and sent to your e-mail address we have on file.

How can I protect my accouont from un-authorized access?

By changing your password frequently.

I don't receive any e-mails from you, what is wrong?

Please check your Spam folder or spam configuration settings in your e-mail account. Also make sure you add Juugo.net to your safe list.

Towah Banking

Do I need to be KYC approved to pay for my distributor kit?

No, you do not need to be KYC approved to pay for your distributor kit.

How long does the KYC approval take?

This can vary from time to time. Normally this process takes 1-3 days from when they receive your documents

What countries are not available for Towah accounts?

Towah does not approve customers from the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Somalia, Tunisia & Nigeria. This list can change from time to time. If you live in one of this countries and need answers to why, please contact Towah directly at support@towah.com

I have forgotten my Towah password, what do I do?

Simply go to the www.towahbanking.com website and click the forgotten password link. You will be asked to verify your phone number, and answer your secret question, and when you have done this, you can reset the password.

Do you require any KYC documentation?

Yes, all members need to be KYC approved, to be able to get the Master Card. You are required send a copy of your Passport/Drivers license or other government issued ID and a utility bill, bank statement or something else in your name, that shows your residential address.

Commission Payments

What can I use the e-Vouocher/Gift Voucher for?

The gift voucher you earn in the builder board can only be used for a distributor kit purchase. With this you can gift someone in, or you can sell it. You can also purchase additional gift vouchers from your virtual office.

Can I use my commissions for purchases?

Yes, you can use your earned commission immediately for purchases.

Are there any fee's involved?

Yes there are, Towah will deduct a transaction fee of 2.5% when you receive commission payments from us. We, on the other hand do not have any fees.

How can I earn commissions in Juugo?

You can make money in Juugo in 5 different ways. 1. Builder Board, 2. Super Board, 3. Residual Unilevel, 4. Diamond Pool, 5. Incentives.

How can I withdraw my earnings?

You ask for a withdrawal request. We process weekly every Friday, and funds are transferred directly to your Towah e-Wallet.

How often does Juugo pay commissions?

Commissions are paid instantly, realtime.
