Easy & Healthful Glaze for ham
by Christy Lynch Teacher,Artist,WriterHam is probably one of my favorite holiday food we have it on thanksgiving along with our turkey plus we have it on Christmas because turkey on thanksgiving is enough for me for awhile. I have two glazes that I like to do and their both really easy and very delicious.
Pineapple & orange twist
1 can of pineapple
2 cups of orange juice
1 can of coke.
Mix all of this in a mixing bowl (the can of pineapple use the pineapple as well as the juice) once it?s all mixed pour some of this on the ham and begin baking the ham. Reserving some of this for basting using a bester baste the ham about every half an hour.
