A home where your children enjoy safe playgrounds and experience wonderful birthday parties in a large modern clubhouse. A quiet, secluded country-style casual community close to the best shopping, restaurants and entertainment Augusta has to offer. Well gues what, do not come to Butler Creek Trailer Park Homes, under ownership of CAL Financial, LLC. They are not what they appear to be. The Housing Management under Supervisers; Micah, Ken, and Sandy are corrupt and racist. They have been allowing residents to move in with felonies, cause noise disturbances, and threaten good people like the Beckles Family into being evicted for no reason. And Their Maintenance Staff do little to nothing to fix repairs, and leave you holding the bag under Mobile Home 30 day Warranty.

Entrance to the community is located off of Phinizy Road between Peach Orchard and the Bobby Padgett Highway. Micah and his staff frequently lie to people, saying that they have security to protect residents. But there are no visible security, and the management staff do nothing to protect people being harrassed by bad neighbors.
