failure and success

Failure

Is there a person who achieved success without ever having to experience failure.Failure can be very problematic and its fear can be paralyzing.I have had my failures also--big or small , but they were there.

So,how does one overcome failure, and uses it to his advantage?

Successful people have taken failures as   new opportunities, a new lesson, that failures have been a learning experience.

Accept your mistakes.Look at failures from a fresh angle, look at the problematic situation in a more positive way.One may fail several times, but he or she is not a failure till he or she  blames  others for these mistakes.Because by accepting your mistakes, chances of your learning from them are more.By blaming you kill the desire to learn, and chances of a repeat performance are very much there.Failures will not kill you, atleast they have not killed me.Instead they made me stronger to handle greater responsibilities.

Therefore learn to accept your failures and learn from them.Dont shift the blame on others.

Its your tomorrow.You will succede.

Hi Upendra,

Challenges and difficulties, build our character and make us stronger.
Challenges refine us like gold. When we go to the gym to work out, just as resistance produces toughness in our muscles, so does struggles, and failures produce toughness in our minds.
They build capacity to cope with difficult situations.
Whatever challenges we face, or failures we have.
I'm sure most will agree it is not fun.
Yet it is making us stronger every day.
We may feel that it is wearing us down, and it is, but on another level this challenge is strengthening us, and helping us feel better. Making us able to cope better with the next one that may come along.
The Chinese have a wonderful proverb:

"The gem cannot be polished without friction, nor man perfected without trials."

Great Topic Upendra

Regards

Dawie

We all get "tempered" over time just like a good sword. We fail we learn we move on. But not all of us. SOme of us cannot handle the stress of being tempered and look at a failure as the end instead of a lesson to improve yourself going forward.

I accept your sayings, we should accept our failures with humbleness, anyone says that if you got failure for 50 times don't think you didn't get anything from that, you find that the task you are trying to do can't get completed by this 50 ways, so you can stop others to going from these ways, and can say that it will take the 51st way to do.

Upendra, well done. Instead of just copy and paste which many people are doing, you are speaking from your heart. I would love to read more from you.
