Make them click able and members will check it out. Why how you also communicate by email, if your links are not click able only you are at fault, and a target hit gone side ways. Once you do it a few times you will understand a higher conversation rate on your immediate hits, if you also track your hits..... Learning simple steps is a good way of making your percentages mean something. Think of the game of baseball, all they do is keep stats, why for the simple reason it's a way to measure your performance.... do l need to tell more.....just think, learn it and then apply it...results will follow...
