ALLERGY ? (Example of Sinusitis And Asthma)

by Nor S. Home Business

Catarrh is mucus blockage or discharge often caused by swelling of the mucous membranes and by excess mucus. The symptom is frequently associated with a cold but it is also found with other conditions such as sinusitis, ear infection, and tonsil or adenoid infections. Catarrh blockage can result in discomfort in the ear when changing altitudes such as in an airplane or even in an elevator. The mucus drip can cause chronic coughing. Catarrh is the body?s way of trying to remove toxins from the body. Catarrh can be a symptom of various illnesses. The nasal discharge starts out watery but may become thick and yellow. Hay fever or rhinitis can cause a clear discharge, which is also accompanied by sneezing and itchy eyes. An allergy may cause catarrh with similar symptoms. The allergy may be to a particular food, animal dander or pollen. A case of the flu can bring on catarrh, which is accompanied by achy joints, fever and headache. Catarrh can also be a reaction to spicy foods, dust, cigarette smoke, over-dry air, or cold, damp conditions. These bouts of catarrh are usually relatively quick episodes that tend to diminish as soon as the irritant is removed. It is easier to recognize these causes and have control over them

According to Dr Amir Izwan Mohamed Dahan (Specialist of ear, nose and throat ,Hospital Pusrawi Kuala Lumpur) said Catarrh can cause death to the patients and affected their brain.

Besides a good care, taking Virgin coconut oil + Honey can help you to support and enhance your immune system. From the testimonies, they were satisfied with the quality of virgin coconut oil and use it as daily supplement.
ALLERGY ? (Example of Sinus And Asthma)-Testimony

Allergy is a term used to describe any situation, sneeze attacks from and watery eyes on a hot day, until to red rash itchy and wheezing in breathing after coming in contact with pet animal or lip and tongue swelling and sickness after eating peanut. Briefly, allergy mean ?reaction turning? , namely reaction mechanism of body?s defense towards materials normally harmless. Most allergy always happens is :

i. Allergic rhinitis and itchy eye (allergy konjuntivitis)

ii. Asthma

iii. Itchy skin rashes

iv. Food allergy

v. Allergy for hornet and bee sting.

vi. Sinusitis

HOW ALLERGY HAPPEN

Allergy begins when a person is exposed to any allergen such as house mite, pet animal, pollen and fungus because it produces allergy antibodies call imunoglobin E (IgE). Imunoglobin allergy antibody (IgE) stick itself to lymphocytes or antigen call mast cell. Mast cell containing histamine (a kind of protein), chemoatractants and other chemicals call leukotrin which can expand blood vessel and constrict smooth muscle (smooth muscle) that surround lung airway. Mast cell stick by imunoglobin allergy antibody (IgE) in fact can be found on the whole skin and layer nose, mouth, tongue, lung route and small intestine. It (mast cell) stick by imunoglobin allergy antibody (IgE) just now will break and release histamine, leukotrin and chemoatractants that would eventually produce allergy reaction. Mast cell will also attract other cell, especially white blood cell call eosinophil, irritate and cell damage. Histamine and leukotrin will cause sneeze and itchiness and swelling on the skin, in cavity lung (airway), and in strata nose. This will caused itchy bulge red color on the skin, asthma and blocked nose. This irritation is stimulated by the presence of eosinophil and enhance lnose and lung sensitivity layer and produce chronic symptom.

ANTI HISTAMINE ACTIVITY ? IMPACT TO ALLERGY (ALLERGIC / SINUS)-Testimony

Histamine (hist = mean it comprise from waste of dregs (residue) histidine, while amine = because it is vasoactive amine that causes several indications allergic (allergic symptoms) such as irritation and constriction of smooth muscle.

Histamine is a proteins important cause allergic effects. While allergic because of reaction immune for harmless customary materials such as pollen and dust (used to be recognized as allergen) shall be affixed to lymphocytes those mentioned as antigen. The antigen will react is mast cell (mast cell). In fact to happen this interaction allergy imunoglobin allergy antibody (IgE) who are free afloat, shall be affixed to the recipient of surface of the cell masta (mast cell surface receptors). That mast cell will react with itself by release histamine, leukotrin and chemoatractants that would eventually produce allergy reaction. The reaction just because of material which actually harmless to the body, then let immunization system works and react to allergic elements is mean an abuse and interference to the body. Therefore use of anti histamine can help body to live more safer and comfortable with the system immune.

The outcome of study from medical experts found that nigellone is a major active ingredient successfully dissociated from grain nigella sativa. Dr. Mahouz and Dr. El-Dakhakny find that chemical properties and it?s pharmacology protect their experimental animal (guinea pigs) from histamine bronchospasm in whose induce.

In the year 1960, it was reported that crystalline nigellon had been used as a substance to treat children and also adult who already have bronchial asthma, and found that it has it?s own therapeutic value and does not contain any toxic substances. However, the reaction can be seen after a few days.

In 1993, Dr Nirmal Chakravarty did a study to confirm whether crystalline nigellon is likely to contribute as histamine release deterrent agent.

Inhibition for the release of antigen induced histamine can be seen in diagram 1. Egg white were used as antigen. Concentration nigellon at the rate 11ug / mL gives 50 % retarding potential for release histamine
