Firstly most opt-in or purchased email lists are useless because thousands of people have access to the same email addresses and spam them and all email sent ends up in junk email boxes and no one reads them.
The only way to get real personal or business email addresses that are regularly checked and not spammed is to get them from real people by giving these people something of value so they will provide a genuine personal or business email address, an email address that only you and the program company you are working with will have.
You should place these captured email in you own email sending software (see below) and only send good interesting information and a reminder for them to use the program that got you the email address.
Do not abuse the privilege of have a good email list and be sure to place and opt out message, see sample below, with each message you send.
