How many of you would have guessed that toxins are found in more places than a toxic waste dump, a sewage plant or a cesspool? Believe it or not, toxins are located everywher. Our foods, our water, in the air we breathe, etc. The worst place is our home where we encounter toxins going about our daily routines. Toxins seep into our body from the common use of household chemicals, fabric, carpet, fragrances and pesticides.

The body uses acute inflammation to try to neutralize toxicity. What is inflammation? The classical signs of acute inflammation are pain, heat, redness, swelling, and loss of functionâ€. In short, it is the reaction of your body as it tries to eliminate the toxicity.
