Why Is Your AdSense Account Disabled?

by mario
A lot of folks, for no apparent reason, find their AdSense account disabled. Many of them have no idea why, let alone what to do about it. It can actually be a bit difficult to find out just why your account has been disabled. Mind you, this is in spite of the email AdSense sends out when that happens. Fortunately, a little research can illuminate the subject quite a lot.

Well, that is something of a fib. Typically, AdSense will send out an email telling you exactly what is going on and what is happened. Most users find that their account has been disabled because AdSense believe they have been receiving too many invalid clicks. As most of us know, that is a big AdSense no no. Thus the first thing you need to do is be truthful and think about whether there is any merit to this accusation.

Honestly, it often does not matter if you have not done this. AdSense will still send out an email stating that this behavior is why your account has been canceled. If you want to see the emails commonly sent out, then you can search on the Internet to find verbatim examples.

Upon receiving one of these emails, most users are understandably freaked out. They do not understand what is going on and why it is happening. The main reason for this is because you are not just losing your account. You are also losing all of the money and revenue that your account helped you to make. Try to resist freaking out, however. You also should not reply to the email you receive. Really, you simply cannot, since it goes to an email address which is not monitored.

After getting over the shock, you are probably going to get mad. It is thus extremely important that you take a moment - or better yet a day - to decompress. Sending out an angry email is not going to help you in the slightest. People do not respond well to that.

You are also going to be angry because it seems like not a lot can be done to reinstate a disabled AdSense account. It is hard to find any advice that can be of any help to you. Fortunately, there are some things that you can do.

First and foremost, you are going to want to fill out the appeals form, which should be available on the AdSense page. The key here, however, is that you are going to have to prove that the clicks on your page were not invalid. You have to prove that you were not negligent and that you did not orchestrate them in any way.

If you have been honest with your AdSense account, then this should not be difficult. You should get some help with writing your appeal, but again, there are resources to be found on the Internet which can help you to do this professionally. That will give you a better shot at getting your account reinstated. Of course, as always, the best way to stop this from happening is by practicing safe business with your AdSense account.
