แฉกำพืดคนรัก ประชาธิปไตย และคนอย่างทักษิณนะเหรอ ที่บอกว่าทำเพื่อคนยากจน
เมื่ออ่านจบก็พอจะรับรู้ได้ว่า ทักษิณมันจอมลวงโลก และขี้โกงอย่างที่ไม่เคยมีมาก่อน


ทักษิณเคยมีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกะเผด็จการยุค รสช.แฉกำพืดคนรัก ปชต. อย่างทักษิณ
ที่ผ่านมาผมรู้สึกขบขันอยู่ไม่น้อย เมื่อคุณเหลี่ยมมันว่า “เกลียดเผด็จการ”
ที่หมายถึงการรัฐประหารโดยคณะนายทหาร ไอ้นี่มันได้ดิบได้ดีมาจากการเลียไข่บิ๊กจ๊อด พล.อ.สุนทร คงสมพงศ์
หัวหน้าคณะรัฐประหาร รสช. (คณะรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยแห่งชาติ) เพื่อขอสัมปทานดาวเทียมไทยคม ภาพหลักฐาน
“ เหลี่ยม” งอหงอกุมไข่ในอ้อมแขน “พี่จ๊อด” ยังว่อนเน็ตทันทีที่ค้นชื่อ “บิ๊กจ๊อด” เจอปุ๊บเป็นลำดับแรก

ข้อเขียนของ "นายเสนาะ เทียนทอง" ผู้รู้จักทักษิณมาแต่ปี พ.ศ.๒๕๒๙ และเป็นผู้ปั้นให้เป็นนายกฯ ในเรื่อง "จะเอาทักษิณหรือประเทศไทย"
ตั้งแต่ เป็นนายตำรวจติดตามรัฐมนตรี นักโทษ.ทักษิณพยายามสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับหัวหน้าพรรคคือ ทำธุรกิจกับการเมือง วิ่งเต้นเข้าทางผู้ใหญ่สูงสุดของพรรค

-ต่อมาตนย้ายไปเป็นเลขาธิการพรรคความหวังใหม่ พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณได้สนับสนุนปัจจัยการเมืองผ่านไปทาง พล.อ.ชวลิต ยงใจยุทธ หัวหน้าพรรคความหวังใหม่ในขณะนั้น
พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณจึงได้เข้ามาเป็นรองนายกรัฐมนตรี

-เมื่อก่อนเกิดวิกฤติค่าเงินบาท นายอำนวย วีรวรรณ รมว.คลังในขณะนั้นลาออก มีการคิดกันว่าจะให้ตำแหน่งนี้กับ นักโทษ.ทักษิณด้วยซ้ำ
ตนได้ไปทาบทาม คนที่น่าเชื่อถือในสังคม โดยนายโฆสิต ปั้นเปี่ยมรัษฎ์ รับปากว่าจะเข้ามาช่วยเป็น รมว.คลัง ปรากฏว่า นักโทษ.ทักษิณไปนำนายทนง พิทยะ
ผู้บริหารธนาคารทหารไทยมารับตำแหน่งนี้แทน โดยที่ตนไม่รู้เรื่อง

-นักโทษทักษิณไปซุบซิบกับ พล.อ.ชวลิต และนายโภคิน พลกุล อดีต รมต.สำนักนายกฯ แล้วจึงมีคำสั่งแต่งตั้งนายทนง ก่อนเงินบาทลอยตัว

-คนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลดค่าเงินบาทในขณะนั้นมี 4 คนคือ พล.อ.ชวลิต นักโทษ.ทักษิณ นายทนง และนายโภคิน
ผลที่เกิดหลังค่าเงินบาทลอยตัว มันส่อชัดว่าทักษิณและบริษัทรอดวิกฤติคนเดียว คือผลลัพธ์มันสะท้อนชัดอยู่แล้ว

-"การที่มีคนไปซื้อประกันความเสี่ยงเรื่องค่าเงินบาทเอาไว้มากๆ หรือไปซื้อดอลลาร์เอาไว้มากๆ ก่อนประกาศลอยค่าเงินบาท
ก็เหมือนจุดไฟเผาบ้านตัวเองเพื่อเอาเงินประกัน เศรษฐกิจของชาติพังเสียหาย แต่ตัวเองรอดพ้นวิกฤติเพราะได้ประกัน"
หากต้องการจะรู้ทันทักษิณ ต้องเข้าใจเสียก่อนว่า พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณเป็นคนอย่างไร เพราะลักษณะเฉพาะและตัวตนของ ทักษิณ
เป็นตัวกำหนดพฤติกรรมการใช้อำนาจและบริหารราชการแผ่นดินของทักษิณทั้งหมด นั้นประกอบขึ้นมาเป็นระบอบทักษิณ
ซึ่งมีทั้งระบบการใช้อำนาจและการแสวงหาผลประโยชน์อยู่ร่วมกัน

-นักโทษ.ทักษิณเป็นคนมีวุฒิการศึกษา แต่ขาดวุฒิภาวะการเป็นผู้นำ ไม่มีสภาวะผู้นำโดยเฉพาะในระดับประเทศ
เป็นคนไม่มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารราชการ แม้เคยรับราชการตำรวจก็อยู่ไม่นาน และใช้เวลาว่างไปกับการประกอบธุรกิจ

-นักโทษ.ทักษิณเป็นนักเสี่ยงโชค ขาดความรอบคอบ เคยประสบปัญหาทางธุรกิจ แลกเช็คและถูกฟ้องเช็คเด้ง
นิยมบริหารธุรกิจแบบคิดไวทำไว โดยใช้การตลาดเป็นเครื่องมือ

แทบไม่น่าเชื่อว่า คนเรามันจะลวงโลกได้ขนาดนี้

คำพูดในทำนองว่า "ทักษิณบริหารเศรษฐกิจเก่ง และเป็นคนใช้หนี้ไอเอ็มเอฟ" หรือแม้กระทั่งการคุยโอ่ในลักษณะว่า"ทักษิณเป็นคนเข้ามาใช้หนี้ไอเอ็มเอฟที่ รัฐบาลพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ก่อทิ้งไว้ในช่วงวิกฤติเศรษฐกิจ 2540" กำลังถูกนำมามอมเมา เป่าหู หรือแม้กระทั่งลวงหลอกประชาชนรากหญ้า ให้ตกเป็นเครื่องมือทางการเมืองของทักษิณและพวก
เพื่อจะสร้างภาพ โกหกประชาชนว่า "ทักษิณ" คือ ผู้เก่งกาจในการกอบกู้วิกฤติเศรษฐกิจ
อย่า ลืมว่า วิกฤติ 2540 เป็นช่วงเวลาที่ "ทักษิณ ชินวัตร" แทบจะไม่กระทบกระเทือนอะไรเลย เพราะสามารถล่วงรู้อะไรบางอย่าง ทำให้ธุรกิจในเครือชินฯ ของเขา รอดตัวจากการลดค่าเงินบาทอย่างน่าสงสัย

หลัก ฐานข้อเท็จจริง ปรากฏชัดแจนว่า รัฐบาลพลเอกชวลิต เป็นผู้อนุมัติให้นายทนง พิทยะ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง (ผู้ใกล้ชิดกับทักษิณ) ลงนามในหนังสือแสดงเจตจำนงฉบับที่ 1 (Letter of Intent : LOI) เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2540 หลังจากลงนามแล้ว พลเอกชวลิตจึงประกาศลาออกจากการเป็นนายกรัฐมนตรี
ความเป็นจริง คือ ประเทศไทยเริ่มเป็นหนี้ไอเอ็มเอฟตั้งแต่สมัยรัฐบาลชวลิต
เมื่อประเทศเป็นหนี้ ก็มีเงื่อนไขต้องปฏิบัติตามพันธะกรณีที่ตกลงไว้กับเจ้าหนี้ คือ ไอเอ็มเอฟ

กู้เงินเขามาแล้ว ก็ต้องทำตามสัญญาเพื่อใช้หนี้เขา
เป็นที่มาของการต้องดำเนินมาตรการต่างๆ ที่เป็น "ยาขม" ก่อให้เกิดความเจ็บปวดแก่ประชาชนคนไทยในยามวิกฤติ

เพื่อเตือนความจำแก่คนไทย จึงขอยกตัวอย่างคดีทุจริตโดยระบอบทักษิณนำมาตีแผ่อีกครั้ง

ล่าสุด ป.ป.ช.ก็เพิ่งยืนยันมติสั่งฟ้องทักษิณ ชินวัตร กับพวกอันรวมถึงพานทองแท้ ชินวัตรบุตรชายด้วยในคดีความผิดร่วมกันกับพวกเช่นอดีตบอร์ดธนาคารกรุงไทย และผู้บริหารกฤษดามหานครในการปล่อยเงินกู้ของธนาคารกรุงไทยจำนวน 9,900 ล้านบาท เพื่อส่งสำนวนให้อัยการสูงสุด ยื่นฟ้องคดีต่อศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองในความผิดฐาน ร่วมกันให้ธนาคารกรุงไทย อนุมัติสินเชื่อโดยไม่เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์และก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ระบบ เศรษฐกิจของรัฐ

กรณีการ”เลี่ยงภาษี”การโอนและขายหุ้นชินคอร์ป ที่เล่นตุกติกไปมา แบบสลับซับซ้อน ไม่ให้กรมสรรพากรและคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์ และตลาดหลักทรัพย์(กลต.) ตรวจสอบได้ ถึงขั้นไปเปิดบริษัทกระดาษอย่าง แอมเพิล ริช และวินมาร์คเอา ไว้ที่หมู่เกาะบริติช เวอร์จิ้น เพื่อหวังหลบหูหลบตาให้รอดพ้นจากการตรวจสอบ ซึ่งก็ทำได้สำเร็จมาหลายปี เพราะกรมสรรพากรและกลต.พากันหูดับ-ตาบอด ไม่ยอมทำหน้าที่อย่างจริงจัง
จนภายหลัง จึงพบว่าอดีตนายกรัฐมนตรีคนนี้ เล่นแร่แปรธาตุโอนหุ้นไปมา เพื่อเลี่ยงภาษี โดยตัวทักษิณ-พจมานและบรรณพจน์ ดามาพงษ์ คอยชักโยงใยอยู่ข้างหลัง แล้วให้คนอื่นใช้ชื่อถือหุ้นแทนโดยเฉพาะพานทองแท้และพิณทองทา ชินวัตร
จนมีการสอบสวนและสรุปผลได้ว่าครอบครัวชินวัตร-ดามาพงษ์ ที่ทำธุรกรรมอำพรางเอาเปรียบประชาชนทั้งหลาย ต้องจ่ายภาษีให้รัฐทุกบาททุกสตางค์ แต่ผู้นำประเทศกลับหลีกเลี่ยงทุกขั้นตอน
จึงต้องจ่ายเงินภาษีอากรย้อนหลังตามประมวลรัษฎากรในการซื้อขายและโอนหุ้น บริษัท ชินคอร์ปอเรชั่น ทั้งหมด เป็นเงิน 33,279,413,075 บาท

คดีหลีกเลี่ยงการเสียภาษีจากการซื้อขายหุ้น บริษัท ชินวัตรคอมพิวเตอร์ แอนด์ คอมมิวนิเคชั่น จำกัด ( มหาชน ) โดยศาลอาญา พิพากษาให้จำคุกคุณหญิงพจมาน ชินวัตร ภริยา พ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ ชินวัตร อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรีและนายบรรณพจน์ ดามาพงศ์ พี่ชายบุญธรรมคุณหญิงพจมาน คนละ 3 ปีและจำคุกนางกาญจนาภา หงษ์เหิน เลขานุการส่วนตัวของคุณหญิงพจมาน เป็นเวลา 2 ปี

คดีทุจริตที่ดินรัชดาภิเษกซึ่งอัยการสูงสุด ยื่นฟ้อง พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ และคุณหญิงพจมาน ร่วมกันเป็นจำเลย โดย พ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ ถูกยื่นฟ้องว่ากระทำผิด พ.ร.บ.ปปช. พ.ศ. 2542 และข้อหาปฏิบัติหน้าที่มิชอบตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญามาตรา 157 ส่วนคุณหญิงพจมาน มีความผิดฐานเป็นผู้สนับสนุนการกระทำความผิด กรณีคุณหญิงพจมาน ซื้อที่ดินย่านถนนรัชดาภิเษกจากกองทุนเพื่อการฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาระบบสถาบันการ เงิน จำนวน 33 ไร่ มูลค่า 772 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเป็นการซื้อขายที่ดินที่ต่ำกว่าราคาประเมิน และคดีนี้ได้สินไปแล้ว จำคุกทักษิณ 2 ปี กำลังหลบหนีอยู่

คดีทุจริตโครงการออกสลากพิเศษแบบเลขท้าย 3 ตัว และ 2 ตัว หรือคดีหวยบนดินซึ่ง คตส. ได้ยื่นฟ้อง พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ, คณะรัฐมนตรี "รัฐบาลทักษิณ" และผู้บริหารสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล รวม 47 คนเป็นจำเลย

คดี เอ็กซิมแบงก์ ปล่อยเงินกู้ให้กับรัฐบาลพม่า 4,000 ล้านบาท เพื่อดำเนินโครงการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์กิจการโทรคมนาคมจาก บริษัทในเครือ ชินคอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งเป็นธุรกิจของครอบครัว ซึ่ง คตส. เป็นโจทก์ ยื่นฟ้อง พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ เป็นจำเลย ในความผิดฐาน เป็นเจ้าพนักงานมีหน้าที่จัดการดูแลกิจการเข้าไปมีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเพื่อ ประโยชน์สำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่น และเป็นเจ้าพนักงานปฏิบัติหรือละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบ เพื่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใด ตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 152 และมาตรา 157 และส่งผลใไห้ กระทรวงการคลังเสียหายโดยต้องจ่ายเงินชดเชยอัตราดอกเบี้ย ส่วนต่างระหว่างอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ คิดเป็นความเสียหายจากการปล่อยกู้ครั้งนี้ 99,962,037 บาท

คดี ทุจริตออกกฎหมายแก้ไขค่าสัมปทานโทรศัพท์มือถือ - ดาวเทียม เป็นภาษีสรรพสามิต เอื้อประโยชน์ธุรกิจบริษัทชินคอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) ทำให้รัฐเสียหาย 6.6 หมื่นล้านบาท

คดีนี้อัยการสูงสุด เป็นโจทก์ ยื่นฟ้อง พ.ต.ท.ทักษิณ ชินวัตร อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นจำเลย ในความผิดฐานเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ เป็นหุ้นส่วนหรือผู้ถือหุ้นในห้างหุ้นส่วนหรือบริษัทที่รับสัมปทาน หรือเข้าเป็นคู่ส่าว , เป็นเจ้าพนักงานมีหน้าที่จัดการหรือดูแลกิจการใดเข้าไปมีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย เพื่อประโยชน์สำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่น เป็นเจ้าพนักงานปฏิบัติหรือละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบ เพื่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใด หรือปฏิบัติหรือละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยทุจริต ตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 91,152,157 และ พ.ร.บ.ว่าด้วยการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต พ.ศ.2542 มาตรา 4 ,100 ,122 ซึ่งศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมือง

คดีทุจริตจัดซื้อกล้ายางพารา 90 ล้านต้นคดีนี้ยื่นฟ้องนายเนวิน ชิดชอบ รมช.เกษตรฯ กับพวกรวม 44 คน เป็นจำเลย ในความผิดฐาน เป็นเจ้าพนักงาน และผู้สนับสนุนเจ้าพนักงาน ร่วมกันปฏิบัติหรือละเว้นการปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบหรือโดยทุจริต ตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา ม.157

คดีเจ้าหน้าที่กรมสรรพากร ซึ่งมีนายศิโรตม์ สวัสดิ์พาณิชย์ อดีตอธิบดีกรมสรรพากรกับเจ้าหน้าที่กรมสรรพากรอีก 4 คน เป็นจำเลย ฐานละเว้นการเก็บภาษีการโอนหุ้นชินคอร์ปฯ ซึ่งอัยการได้ยื่นฟ้องต่อศาลอาญา

คดีปกปิดข้อมูลโครงสร้างผู้ถือหุ้นเอสซี แอสเซทฯ คดีนี้มีผู้ต้องหา คือ บริษัท เอสซี แอสเซท คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) พ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ, คุณหญิงพจมาน และนางบุษบา ดามาพงศ์ ดีเอสไอ ดำเนินคดีในข้อหาฐานแสดงข้อความอันเป็นเท็จหรือปกปิดความจริง

คดี นี้กรมสอบสวนคดีพิเศษ(DSI) ได้ดำเนินคดีในข้อหาฐานแสดงข้อความอัป็นเท็จหรือปกปิดความจริงเกี่ยวกับโครง สร้างผู้ถือหุ้นบริษัทเอสซีฯ ต่อตลาดหลักทรัพย์ และสรุปสำนวนส่งให้กับอัยการพิจารณาสั่งฟ้อง ต่อมาอัยการได้สั่งให้ดีเอสไอ ทำการสอบสวนเพิ่มเติม

คดี พ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ ชินวัตร ร่ำรวยผิดปกติเอื้อประโยชน์ต่อธุรกิจของตนเองและพวกพ้องซึ่งเป็นคดีแพ่ง และคดีนี้ที่ผ่านมาได้มีการตั้งคณะทำงานร่วมระหว่างอัยการและ ปปช. และมีข้อสรุปออกมาว่าให้อัยการยื่นฟ้องต่อศาลฎีกาแผนกคดีอาญาของผู้ดำรง ตำแหน่งทางการเมือง เพื่อให้ศาลมีคำสั่งยึดทรัพย์สินกว่า 69,000 ล้านบาท ตกเป็นของแผ่นดิน

ไม่นับรวมกับอีกหลายคดี ที่ทักษิณถูกสอบสวนเอาผิด เช่นโครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างปรับเปลี่ยนสายพานลำเลียงกระเป๋าสัมภาระผู้โดยสาร และเครื่องตรวจสอบ วัตถุระเบิด ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิหรือซีทีเอ็กซ์ 9000 ที่ทักษิณในฐานะอดีตประธานคณะกรรมการพัฒนาท่าอากาศยานเจอเอาผิดพร้อมกับพวก เช่น
สุริยะ จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ อดีต รมว.คมนาคมที่เป็นกำลังหลักของพรรคภูมิใจไทยเวลานี้ หรือศรีสุข จันทรางศุ อดีตปลัดฯคมนาคมที่ถูกโสภณ ซารัมย์ รมว.คมนาคมตั้งให้มาช่วยงาน ในความผิดฐานร่วมกันทำให้บริษัทท่าอากาศยานสากล กรุงเทพแห่งใหม่ จำกัด (บทม.) และ บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด(ทอท.) ได้รับความเสียหายจากการจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องตรวจสอบ วัตถุระเบิด CTX 9000
เพราะจัดซื้อแพงกว่าปกติ ทำให้รัฐเสียหายเป็นเงิน 1,500 ล้านบาท
โดยคดีนี้ คตส. ได้ชี้มูลความผิด พ.ต.ท. ทักษิณ กับพวก ในข้อหาเป็นเจ้าพนักงานปฏิบัติหน้าที่โดยมิชอบตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญามาตรา 157
มิได้จบแค่นี้ ยังมีอีกหลายคดี อาทิการสอบสวนโครงการระบบขนส่งทางรถไฟเชื่อมท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ และสถานีรับส่งหรือแอร์พอร์ตลิ้งค์ ในเรื่องการทำสัญญาค่าธรรมเนียมเงินกู้ที่ คตส.เห็นว่าเปิดช่องให้เอกชนได้ประโยชน์ อันเป็นการทุจริตซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่รัฐ 1,200 ล้านบาท
หรือคดีออกสลากพิเศษแบบเลขท้าย 3 ตัวและ 2 ตัว ของสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาลหรือหวยบนดิน ซึ่งขณะนี้อยู่ในระหว่างการพิจารณาของศาลฎีกาฯ โดยจำเลยก็ล้วนแต่เป็นนักการเมืองที่โดนตัดสิทธิ์ทางการเมือง ได้ร่วมกันกระทำความผิดทางอาญา และก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่รัฐ รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น37,970,398,640 บาท

ลดสัมปทานไอทีวี ก็ได้ 20,000 ล้าน เข้าบริษัทตัวเอง

ตั้ง ธรรมรักษ์ฯ เป็น รมว. กลาโหม ก็ได้พรรคพวกตนเอง ( ทรท.) คุมทหาร

ตั้ง เพรียวพันธ์ ดามาพงศ์ เป็น รอง ผบ.ตร. ก็ได้พี่เขยตนเองคุมตํารวจ

ตั้ง สายการบินต้นทุนตํ่าระหว่าง ชินคอร์ป กับบริษัทมาเลเซีย (แอร์เอเชีย) โดยใช้ช่องโหว่ในกฏหมายเข่นฆ่าธุรกิจการบินของไทย (การบินไทย) ไม่สนว่าเงินจะไหลออกนอกประเทศ ขอให้เข้ากระเป๋าตัวเองเป็นพอ

กล่าว คำพูดท้าทายพวกก่อการร้ายในภาคใต้ว่า เป็นแค่โจรกระจอกอย่าไปใส่ใจทำให้เกิดความรุนแรงคนตายมากมาย และยังหลุดปากด่าทหารว่าสมควรตาย

ทำให้เกิดการฆ่าตัดตอนประชาชน กว่า 2,000 คนจากการปราบยาบ้า
